Our new restaurant.

Nestled on our mezzanine level, ‘upstairs’ is our new fine dining experience. With an exciting and seasonal menu, our Chef Director Michael Notman-Watt delivers a knock out spread of delicous plates. Smaller bites and plates for one accompanied by a mouth watering selection of stand-out sharing dishes.

Fine dining in a brewery? Has it ever been done before? We intend deliver a meal that you’ll love and hopefully tell all your friends about, all accompanied by fresh, fantastic local beer, brewed directly on site.

As our food offering continues to develop, we’re now advising booking ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment. Whether it’s a special occasion, a reunion with loved ones or just simply a spot of lunch, we advise booking for our restaurant. We welcome “walk ins”, but we can’t always guarantee a table.

Downstairs has been designed to act as our relaxed bar and deli area. Beers, coffee or a snack, downstairs fits the bill. Please note if we’re really busy downstairs, we can’t always promise a table but we’ll absolutley try our very best

The kitchen is led and managed by close friend, Michael Notman-Watt. Himself and the rest of his talented kitchen team are incredibly passionate about flavour, produce and presentation and all have a big say in what goes on the menu. The menu here is always changing, tweaking and flowing with the seasons. We hope that as a customer you’ll always be surprised and that there will always be something that you love.
